Each cabin is 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths and sleeps 6. They are comfortably furnished and ready for your enjoyment.
As you enter into each inviting Living Room, you will find a cozy, Gas Fireplace, Comfortable Sectional and a large, Flat Screen TV waiting for you. This is the ideal place to kick back and relax after a day on the slopes or trails. Close by is the spacious, Well-Equipped Kitchen and Dining Room as well as a convenient Half Bath.
Upstairs in each unit, you will find three Bedrooms and two Full Baths. The Master Bedroom features a luxurious, King Bed and Flat Screen TV as well as a Private Full Bathroom. Guest Bedroom 1 has a comfy, Queen Bed and Guest Room 2 has two Twin Beds. Both rooms share a Full Bathroom.

We stayed at Big Bear recently and rented the two attached units. The units were very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day at Snow Summit. Everyone in our group loved the accommodations. The houses stay perfectly warm and the gas fireplaces add terrific ambiance. We recommend Brownie Combo and would stay again!

Excellent location. Great price! The condos are spacious, bright and clean. The location is well-centralized. Everything is walking distance. The rental pricing is very reasonable. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

We rented both units and had a great time. Nicely furnished units close to Snow Summit and you can walk out the back gate to restaurants. We had had grandparents and adults in one unit and 20 year olds in the other. Large enough to have all guests in one unit for meals. We will return with the entire family and if the group is smaller we will rent just one side. Highly recommend.

We stayed in these units for the 4th of July. Nicely furnished, convenient to restaurants, village and lake. Decided to stay in due to the holiday crowds on the 4th and we could see the fireworks from the backyard. We will stay here again clean and updated. Easily fit our group of 12.

Great home with lots of space and backyard. I recommend this for anyone with a big group or family reunion getaway. Check in and check out were simple and the renters were easy to contact, answered every text or calls within minutes.

We rent the Brownie Combo for nearly week. We were 3 families and it was very comfortable. Indeed each family has its own space and we could gather after in the living room.
We really appreciate the responsibility of Kenny and Laurel. They answered rapidly when we have questions, and the check in/out were very easy. The condos were very clean and well equipped. 5 minutes from the snow summit ski resort. We definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything. We will sure come back soon.
