Southern Comfort welcomes you with a large covered porch that features a cozy swing for 2. Step inside and kick off your boots in the woodsy living room and unwind in front of a crackling fire in the brick fireplace. Enjoy your favorite entertainment on the Flat Screen TV with cable, WiFi and Smart Blu-Ray Player. If you want to "un-plug", there is a nice variety of board games to enjoy or get competitive with a friendly game of Foosball.
The updated, well-equipped kitchen features granite tile counters, beautiful wood cabinets and newer appliances (range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher). The dining table is the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee and a home-cooked meal. The back door leads to a lovely new patio with BBQ and seating, and a fenced area for the kids to play.

Loved the house and loved the location. It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood streets were cleaned often during heavy snow. House was clean and had everything we needed. Host was also very great always responsive.

Our family stay here has brought so much smiles, memories & a true white Christmas after the craziness the past couple years. This home has so much hospitality, fits perfect for a family getaway. Great cabin in a great location! Its very spacious, great layout! The pictures dont do it justice! Back yard was big enough to make our own little sled run! Front yard is very big too! Lots of room to play! Just down the road a few minutes walk is a little open space area with great hills for sledding too! We had a great time! Would definitely stay again.

Your little house in the woods was perfect for our quilting getaway. We quilted day and night completing many projects. We were lucky enough to get rain, thunder and lightning everyday, something that doesnt happen off the mountain. Your house was comfy, cozy, and enjoyable. Thank you for sharing it with us.

We really appreciated our host allowing us early check in/late check out to accommodate our childs naptime. Quick communication. We appreciated having AC though the house seemed to be insulated well during the 80 deg weather we were having. We liked the layout of the house w the bedrooms on the opposite of the common areas. It was pretty quiet in the evening.

Great accommodation for Big Bear Snowbaording! Perfect for us. There were 4 adults and 2 kids. Loved that the kids room had 2 separate beds for them. Very close to the slopes. Host was easily accessible.

Southern Comfort was wonderful! We felt at home in this cozy little cabin. It has all the amenities we were looking for and was extremely close to Bear and Summit. Kenny, the property manager, was very easy to work with and was flexible with us during our stay. We will be back!
